An order can be cancelled as long as it has not yet entered our production system. You can cancel customer orders by entering the order number and the email address of the person who placed the order in the Order management tool.

Once you have entered the required information, click on Functions in the top right-hand corner and submit a cancellation request. Please note: If the cancellation option is no longer displayed, it means that the order has already entered production and cannot be cancelled.
