Unlike vouchers, which apply to all galleries, promotions allow you to set specific discounts for individual galleries, and even allow different discount levels within the same gallery. This versatility gives you the ability to customize your discounts and effectively boost your sales.

To add a promotion to a gallery, open its Sale settings and ensure that the Activate sale option is activated. Once in the Sales Settings, activate the Promotion to view its customization options.
Promotion can only be used once per customer.: By ticking this box you limit the use of the discount to once per customer.
End date: Here you need to specify the end date of the promotion.
Type: You can choose whether the promotion is absolute or percentage. Choosing Absolute means you are specifying the discount amount in absolute terms, while Percentage means you are specifying the discount as a percentage of the customer’s order value.
Discount level 1: You can create up to three different discount levels within a promotion. For each level, you can set the Amount and Minimum order value required to activate it. This incentivizes customers to reach the maximum discount available, encouraging them to buy more products.
Shipping cost are included in the promotion (you take over the shipping costs): Like vouchers, for each discount level, you have the option to cover the shipping costs for your customers’ purchases by ticking this checkbox.
Once you have set up the promotion for the gallery, click Save.
When you open the gallery’s shared link, you will see all the details of the promotion at a glance. The expiration date of the promotion and the amount required to claim the discount will be displayed in the top right corner. Once a customer reaches a discount level, the amount required to reach the next discount level is automatically adjusted.
The discount will automatically be applied to your customer’s shopping basket. Please note that promotions and vouchers cannot be used at the same time.
The promotion information will also be added to the QR Code Blank Cards when configured before printing.
