Access Cards with Images

Access cards with images are an excellent solution when a photo shoot is conducted without QR codes, as they simplify participant identification and provide customers with personalized access to their galleries. They are also an effective way to encourage customers who have not yet viewed their gallery — each card features a preview of their photos, along with instructions for accessing the gallery, the ordering deadline, and your contact details.

To create Access Cards with Images, first go to the QR Codes menu within a Photo Job and click the Access cards with images button. A menu will appear for you to select:

Group or class: Select the group or class you wish to download.
Participant: Choose between without login, without order, or All.
Layout: Select a layout option for the PDF:

• 1 per sheet: Creates one gallery access card per sheet.
  
• Preview sheet 20 x 15 cm: Creates a PDF with individual cards for each gallery that can be ordered directly through our platform and delivered straight to the school or institution for distribution. This provides convenience and also highlights the high quality of the photo prints, which can help increase sales. In addition to the images, the cards contain instructions on how to access and order from the gallery, the deadline, your contact details, and a selection of the participant’s photos to encourage access.

Once your selections are complete, click Download.

After downloading, go to the webshop by clicking the Products button in the top left corner. Select Prints, then Photo Print, and choose Bulk order. Upload the PDF created as a Preview Sheet. The cards will be detected automatically. You can then select the corresponding size and desired surface.

Click Next, and your cards will be ready to add to your basket. You can also arrange for them to be shipped directly to the school or institution, so they can distribute them to each participant.
